The South Shore Symphony Orchestra (SSSO) is a highly regarded non-profit professional orchestra dedicated to fostering the appreciation and enjoyment of symphonic music in the South Shore and greater Tampa Bay areas. Since 2010, this ensemble of skilled musicians from across Tampa Bay has come together to perform for the residents of Hillsborough County's South Shore and beyond. Each year, the SSSO has expanded in size and earned a reputation for its vibrant and engaging concerts. Under the leadership of Artistic Director Dr. June C. Hammond, the orchestra continues to deliver exceptional performances, featuring a rich and varied repertoire of classical and pops music.
